"I understand your goals and dreams are as unique as you are."
I have lived in the area for the last 42 years, the last 28 of those in Meaford (minus two years when I worked in Michigan). Most of my career was in the automotive supply industry while I worked for LOF/Pilkington Glass in Collingwood and Lindsay, Ontario and Niles, Michigan. I held many positions with the company including production manager, quality manager and operations excellence manager.
While working in Niles, I earned my MBA degree at Notre Dame University.
In 2010, I accepted a buy-out package and decided to remain in the area where my wife and children were born and raised, However, to do that, I realized I would need to change careers.
I enrolled in a Canadian Securities Course to better understand how to help increase the return from the buy-out money I had to invest. I learned so much that it occurred to me that many people do not really have access to this type of information and that I could be a valuable asset to them.
I am a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada.
My memberships include being secretary of the Meaford Kinsmen Club, treasurer of the Meaford Chamber of Commerce and a board member of Community Foundation of Grey-Bruce.
